September 10th, 2008 at 1:06 am
Before I finally get to bed I needed to check compulsively one more time and pass on love to Dave, too, for being such an incredible husband and father through all this. We all know you are a cervical warrior, but I’ve seen him in action. This is all of you that made this happen, and with so much grace and hope and love.
And squashes to Oscar, too, with the highest of hopes that before too long he’ll have lots to complain about, as Evan does: BUT HE GETS SPIT ALL OVER MY STUFF.
xoxo

We’re all right here waiting, keeping you in our thoughts and anxiusly biting what’s left of our nails as your little one makes her much anticipated way into your lives.

I’ve been checking and checking, waiting for such words! Much love, lots of prayers, and all the good vibes in my being to all of you.
September 10th, 2008 at 4:06 pm
Oh, I am on pins and needles. I feel like a first-time dad who is not permitted in the delivery room; pacing in circles and waiting, waiting . . .
September 10th, 2008 at 4:11 pm
Forgot to add, I am praying hard that you have a perfectly boring and normal delivery. Tell your little girl that there is lots of time to be a drama queen – she can play that role when she is an obnoxious pre-teen!
September 10th, 2008 at 4:25 pm
Ok, so I got here late. It’s wednesday. Hope everything is going well!!!!! Can’t wait to hear what you finally decided for a name.
September 10th, 2008 at 4:39 pm

Oh – good luck and may all be well! And, again, in my experience Wednesday’s child is full of WONDER.
Thinking of you.
September 10th, 2008 at 5:30 pm
Best wishes for a safe and totally normal delivery. Hope that beautiful girl gets here with a squeal.
