We are 95% on the name but I’m going to leave that particular conversation to bonnie when she gets near a computer.
Mother is well… very well actually. The labour was 16 1/2 hours… but manageable, and, in places, alot of fun. Our little girl is perfect, with a clean bill of health and the appropriate dark hair. :)

Dave, thanks for allowing us all to breathe a much awaited sigh of relief for you, Bon and your perfect little girl. Congratulations on this bundle of joy you *both* contributed to giving life to. I’m thrilled to bits for all of you! Bon you are such a mama warrior! I feel all fuzzy inside for you thinking that the heaviness/uncertainty of the last few weeks/months has lifted and you are holding your beautiful little wonder in your arms, all care-free. It must feel so surreal after all this waiting I imagine! I can’t wait for you to tell us all about it in that magical way that only you know how. I have dashing and out all day to peek into the “crib”. And now I see that it is full. A baby girl is resting there with her adoring mum and dad and boisterous big brother gathered round in awe. Just for a moment, the universe is perfect.
Congratulations. What truly wonderful news. Can’t wait to read all the wonderfully depicted details and see a few snaps too.

Ohhhh – a video! I just peeked in from my other computer to see if Long Awaited for Babe has a name yet ;). Love her to pieces, Bon – she has such a head of hair! Man, has it really been nine months?
