It was random, and I didn't, but still, I did think it. Anyway, as for shows, if you're doing Netflix or some sort of quick turnaround system I would highly recommend "Good Neighbors" which is a hilarious British comedy from the 70s. Google it... The Office and 30 Rock. 30 Rock is soooo hilarious. We get in bed and watch it every night on our laptop and get it through the netflix instant watch. last winter while i was pregnant we watched all of Lost. that was amazing. i agree with Arrested Development- so quirky and hilarious. They make you watch a quick 15 second commercial where TV puts in long stretches, but it's a great aggregator and the commercials are not too bothersome. If you really missed it all, I highly recommend "The West Wing." I also recommend "Studio 60." It only had one season, but it was very good. I actually own the DVDs of that, if you decide you want it bad enough to endure shipping. I also second a couple more shows listed above. The list here should do you for a while, methinks.
